vegetable oil
2/3 c
white vinegar
1 can(s)
16oz can cut green beans (drained )
1 can(s)
16 oz can black beans ( drained )
1 can(s)
16oz can garbanzo beans (chickpeas) drained
1 can(s)
16 oz can red kidney beans (drained )
1 large
green bell pepper, sliced
1 1/2 c
chopped celery
1 medium
red or sweet onion, chopped

Directions Step-By-Step

Bring the sugar, oil and vinegar to a boil in a saucepan. Let cool.
Meanwhile, drain the beans and combine in a large bowl. Add the green pepper, celery and red or sweet onion.
Pour the dressing over the beans and vegetables. Toss gently and let marinate overnight in the fridge
