Pineapple/Lime/Parmesan Cheese Salad
A family favorite for years and goes well with turkey and ham.
1Bring undrained pineapple to a boil in a medium size saucepan, add jello and sugar. Mix well.
2Let cool! When cool add cream and parmesan cheese mixing well. Put ingredients into a glass dish, sprinkle top with parmesan cheese. I use a 8" square clear dish as it a pretty salad.
3Refrigerate until set and serve.
