Ingredients

1 c
uncooked corn kernels
2/3 c
white wine vinegar
1/2 c
chopped red pepper
1/2 c
chopped green pepper
1/3 c
thinly sliced celery
1/3 c
chopped onion
1 Tbsp
mustard seed
2 tsp
celery seed
1 tsp
salt
1 c
sugar to taste

Step-By-Step

1In a saucepan combine all ingredients. Simmer the mixture 15 minutes. Pack the relish into hot sterilized jars and seal them. Makes 2 cups.
