Bradshaw's Green Salad

This was always made and served for Christmas and other special occasions. Use real whipping cream.

1 pkg. small lime jello 24 large marshmallows 2 c. boiling water 1 small can crushed pineapple drained 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese 1/2 pint whipping cream 1 c. chopped pecan

Directions Step-By-Step

Pour hot water over jello and marshmellows...partly cool, add cream cheese and beat well. Put in refrigerator until almost firm. Then put in mixer and beat well. Stir in pineapple, nuts and well whipped cream. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
* you can put in more pineapple and cut up marshmellows to help dissolve them quicker.
