Ingredients
- 2 lg packages raspberry jell-o
- 1 sm jar green olives, stuffed
- 1 jar cherries, bing, reserve juice
- 1 - 8 oz. packages cream cheese, room temperature
- 8 ounces whipping cream
- 2 sm packages green jell-o
- 2 sm packages lemon or lime jell-o
- 1 sm can pineapple, crushed
How To Make 3 layer christmas jello salad

Step 1Chop olives & cherries.

Step 2Mix with reserved cherry juice & water to make liquid volume specified on raspberry Jell-o package. Add cherries.

Step 3Add to Jello & let set in 9 x 13" pan in refrigerator until very firm.

Step 4SECOND LAYER: Cream cheese, whipping cream. Whip cream, then add softened cream cheese.

Step 5Spread on top of firmed first layer.

Step 6Let set in refrigerator 2 - 3 hours (until firm).

Step 7THIRD LAYER: Green Jello, Lime or Lemon (add food coloring, if not dark enough), crushed pineapple, drained & olives. Mix jello with required water for canned fruit, add pineapple.

Step 8Cool, but do not let set.

Step 9Pour on top of 1st & 2nd layers, then let set.
