kosher salt and pepper

small head green cabbage, cored and thinly sliced

scallions, thinly sliced diagonally

large carrot, grated
1 c
golden raisins

Step-By-Step

1IN A LARGE BOWL, WHISK TOGETHER THE SOUR CREAM, LIME JUICE,SUGAR, HOT SAUCE, SALT AND PEPPER.
2ADD THE CABBAGE, SCALLIONS, CARROT, AND RAISINS AND TOSS TO COAT. REFRIGERATE.
