Delicious salad for spinach lovers. Good for a pot luck or family get-together. Eight hours of chilling time is not included in the prep and cook time.

Ingredients

8 c
spinach, torn
1/2 c
cheddar cheese shredded (2 ounces)
1/2 c
swiss cheese, shredded (2 ounces)
2 c
fresh mushrooms, sliced
4
hard boiled eggs, sliced
1 c
mayonnaise
1/2 c
sour cream
3 Tbsp
milk
2 tsp
lemon juice
2 tsp
sugar
1/4 c
green onions, finely chopped
4 slice
bacon, cooked and crumbled

Step-By-Step

1Layer the first five ingredients in order in a large glass salad bowl.
2Combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, milk, juice, and sugar. Add the onions, stirring well. Spread the mixture over the salad, sealing to the edge of the bowl.
3Cover and chill for 8 hours. Sprinkle with the bacon just before serving.
