Mexican Salad- Nana's Style

I have been making this for years. It's an easy Salad when you don't have a whole lotta time. Serve it with Club Crackers & you have a meal. One of My Families Favorites.

I will add a photo the next time I make this.

Ingredients

1 lb
hamburger meat
1 small
bell pepper (chopped)
1 small
onion (chopped)
2 medium
tomatoes (diced)
1
head of lettuce (shredded)
1 pkg
fritos (crunched up)
1 large
bottle catalina salad dressing
1 can(s)
ranch style beans (drained)
2 c
shredded cheese

Directions Step-By-Step

Brown and Drain Hamburger meat. Add Onion, Bell Pepper and Beans. Simmer for 15 minutes.

Put meat mixture in large bowl. Add lettuce and Tomatoes. Sit in Catalina Dressing and mix well.

Add Crushed Fritos and Cheese and mix well.
