This is a great make ahead recipe that's perfect for summer barbecues.

Ingredients

head iceberg lettuce, chopped
2 c
spinach

hard boiled eggs, chopped

tomatoes, chopped
1 bunch
green onions, chopped
1 1/2 c
grated cheddar cheese
1 10 oz bag(s)
frozen corn (or peas), thawed

DRESSING

1 1/2 Tbsp
sugar
1/2 c
sour cream
1/2 c
mayo

Step-By-Step

1In a glass serving bowl, layer ingredients in the order listed above.
2Whisk dressing ingredients together until combined.
3Pour over the top of the corn and spread to cover.
4Cover and refrigerate prior to serving.
