Ingredients

1
head of lettuce or chinese lettuce
2-4
bundles green onions
3 Tbsp
butter
1 bottle
sesame seeds
1 pkg
sliced almonds
2 pkg
ramen noodles (use only noodles)

DRESSING

2 Tbsp
soy sauce
1/2 c
sugar
3/4 c
oil
1/2 c
vinegar

Directions Step-By-Step

Brown the Ramen noodles (broken up), sesame seeds and almonds in the butter. When done pour onto a cookie sheet covered with paper towels and let cool.

Cut up lettuce and onions into a big bowl.

Mix up the dressing ingredients and refrigerate. I use a Tupperware shaker container for the dressing. Just before serving, pour dressing over lettuce and onions. Then top with the noodle mixture.
