1Heat 2 c. water to boiling and dissolve 1 6 oz. pkg. fruit flavored gelatin. Chill until slightly thick.
2Add i can of undrained crushed pineapple & 1 c. sour cream OR cottage cheese.
3Pour into 1 1/2 qt. mold and chill. For added flavor and texture, 1 c. mandarin oranges, grapefruit sections, or red or green grapes can be added.
4Topping: crushed pineapple, 2 tbsp. brown sugar, and a dash of cinnamon OR nutmeg.
