This is a favorite for anytime ..it's crunchy, delicious, & colorful especially for Christmas.

Ingredients

1- 8oz pkg
rice, long-grain/wild rice blend (microwave pkg)
1 c
sweetened dried cranberries
1 c
fresh broccoli flowerets
4
green onions
3
celery ribs
1- 2oz jar(s)
pimientos (diced & drained)
1/2 c
sweet & sour dressing (kroger brand)
1 jar(s)
peanuts, dry roasted

Step-By-Step

1Prep: Microwave & Refrigerate Wild Rice. Cut Broccoli florets into small pieces, chop onions (use part of green too), chop celery into small pieces.
2In large bowl, combine chilled rice, cranberries, onions, celery, pimientos. Stir in broccoli then gently stir in salad dressing.
3Cover & chill at least 2 hours. Top individual servings with a few dry roasted peanuts.
