4 Tbsp
honey
3 Tbsp
lemon juice
1 tsp
poppy seeds
1/8 tsp
ground ginger
6 c
mixed fruit (i like strawberries, kiwi, blueberries, cherries, banana)

Mix honey, lemon juice, poppy seeds & ginger in a small bowl until well blended.

Place fruit in a large serving bowl. Add dressing & toss gently to coat. Cover & refrigerate at least 1 hour or more until ready to serve.
