- 4 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
- 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
- 6 cups mixed fruit (i like strawberries, kiwi, blueberries, cherries, banana)
How To Make weight watchers poppy seed fruit salad

Step 1Mix honey, lemon juice, poppy seeds & ginger in a small bowl until well blended.

Step 2Place fruit in a large serving bowl. Add dressing & toss gently to coat. Cover & refrigerate at least 1 hour or more until ready to serve.
