Watergate Salad, Mom's Version

This is an old recipe that seems to appear in every church cookbook I have ever seen. My Mom loved it and I am posting it here for her cookbook.

This recipe is supposed to have originated at the Watergate hotel in Washington, DC.

Ingredients

1 c
miniature marshmallows
1 can(s)
(16 ounces) undrained, crushed pineapple, canned in own juice
1 c
pecans, in pieces
1 small
box pistachio pudding
1
(9 ounce) container whipped topping, thawed

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix all ingedients together and pour into a serving bowl. Refrigerate several hours before serving.

You may like to put more whipped topping on this just before serving.
