Waldorf Salad

Since i love this waldorf salad I make it often and instead of grabbing junk food to snack on this is what I eat instead. I use the splenda in place of regular sugar.

Ingredients

1/2 c
raisins
4
firm,tart apples,cored & cut into bit size pieces(skin on)
1 Tbsp
lemon juice
1/2 c
chopped celery (1 large rib)
1/3 c
halved walnuts
1/3 c
mayonnaise
1 Tbsp
sugar or splenda
6 large
leaves iceburg lettuce

Step-By-Step

1Plump the raisins by putting them in a small bowl of water for 5 minutes. Drain them very well and pat them dry.
2Sprinkle the lemon juice over the bit size apples as this keeps them from turning brown.
3Mix everything together and serve on leaves of iceburg lettuce.
