(8 oz) crushed pineapple
chopped, salted peanuts
Drain pineapple, save juice.
Mix apples and pineapple.
In saucepan, mix egg, flour, vinegar, pineapple juice and sugar. Cook until thick. Let cool
Pour egg mixture over apple mixture. Stir until evenly coated.
Add Cool Whip. Add peanuts.
Sprinkle more chopped peanuts over the top before serving, if desired.
