1 large
mango, cubed
1 small
red onion, minced
3/4 c
feta cheese, crumbled

cucumber, peeled and sliced
2 Tbsp
lime juice (key lime if you have it)
1/4 tsp
red or pink peppercorns, ground
salt, to taste
crytallized or candied ginger (optional)
