Debbie's Story

This is a beautiful salad that is good enough to serve as a dessert.

Ingredients

1
bag of red, purple or green grapes, washed, drained and removed from stem. ( i prefer red or purple.)
1 - 8 oz pkg
cream cheese, softened
1- 8 oz c
sour cream
1 c
sugar
1 c
chopped pecans (optional)
light brown sugar for garnish

Directions Step-By-Step

Prepare your grapes and set them aside on paper towels to drain throughly.

Beat cream cheese, sour cream, and sugar together until smooth and fluffy.

Add ¾ cup chopped pecans and blend in. (optional)

Gently fold in the seedless grapes.

Pour into a pretty serving bowl and sprinkle the top with light brown sugar and the remaining chopped pecans.

Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Hey Carolyn! I don't think I have ever weighed grapes before, I just pick up a ziplock bag that they come in here. They are all about the same size. I guess they all have a couple of double handfulls of grapes in them.Hope this helps.

I know Debbie...I have never met anyone who does not LOVE this recipe. It is scrumptious, but is sooooo easy. That is my kind of recipe!!!
