Fruit Salad with Orange dressing

I made this recipe for a pot luck one year and they asked if they could keep the leftovers. Thanksgiving...so much food.

Ingredients

1 pkg
vanilla instant pudding (3.5 oz size)
1 1/2 c
milk
1/3 c
orange juice, thawed concentrate
3/4 c
sour cream
1 can(s)
20 oz pineapple tidbits,drained
1 can(s)
mandarin oranges, drained
1 can(s)
peaches (15oz can), drained

bananas, sliced
1
green apple, cored and chopped

strawberries, sliced

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix pudding, milk, and orange juice concentrate in medium mixing bowl and beat on high for 2 minutes. Stir in sour cream.

Mix all the drained fruit and fresh fruit except bananas in serving bowl.

I like to add small portions of the dressing until all the fruit is coated, but most of the time there is left over dressing. I use that for a fruit dip.

Pour dressing over fruit and fold together. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
Before serving add sliced bananas.
