The is a refreshing burst of spring flavors. Feel free to use whatever fruit you like.
1Wash and cut fruit. Place in a bowl.
2Zest of one lemon in to bowl of fruit
3In a small saucepan add sugar and juice of two lemons.
4Bring to a boil and boil til slightly thick.
5Turn off heat and add basil. Steep for 5 min.
6Pour lemon basil syrup over fruit salad and refrigerate until ready to eat.
