This recipe comes from my mum-in-law. She made it and raved about it, so I took a copy home. And I DID like it, though we're not heavy fruit salad eaters. So I kept it. BUT, just so you understand, one batch makes a LOT. Double it only if you're trying to make a stand-alone snack for a whole school (ok, that's an exaggeration, but I ended up throwing some away because there was too much).
