Ingredients

libby's fruit mix with juice (30 ounces) or 2 15 ounce cans
1 can(s)
libby's skinny fruits mandarin oranges (11 ounces)
1 pkg
vanilla pudding (large size or 2 small)
8 oz
light whipped topping
1/2 c
flaked coconut

Step-By-Step

1In a large bowl add the chunky fruit mix and mandarin oranges along with the juice from the fruit mix only.
2Add pudding mix (dry) and mix well. Fold in the cool whip and coconut. Chill for at least 30 minutes.
