3red delicious apples or firm ripe pears, unpeeled and cored

1(8 oz.) carton lemon low-fat yogurt

1/3 ccelery, finely chopped (about 1 rib)

1/2 cdried sweetened cranberries

2 Tbspwalnuts, chopped

1/8 tspsalt

1/4 tspfreshly ground pepper
How To Make crisp apple and cranberry salad

1Cut each apple into 8 wedges; cut crosswise into chunks. Set aside.

2Combine yogurt and remaining 5 ingredients, stirring well. Add apple, and toss to combine. Makes 6 servings.
