Ingredients For crisp apple and cranberry salad

    red delicious apples or firm ripe pears, unpeeled and cored
  • 1
    (8 oz.) carton lemon low-fat yogurt
  • 1/3 c
    celery, finely chopped (about 1 rib)
  • 1/2 c
    dried sweetened cranberries
  • 2 Tbsp
    walnuts, chopped
  • 1/8 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    freshly ground pepper

How To Make crisp apple and cranberry salad

    Cut each apple into 8 wedges; cut crosswise into chunks. Set aside.

    Combine yogurt and remaining 5 ingredients, stirring well. Add apple, and toss to combine. Makes 6 servings.
