Quick Homemade Chicken Salad

- chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
- 1 small
- onion chopped fine
- midget sweet pickles, chopped fine
- black pepper
- mayonnaise to bind together
- splashes of sweet pickle juice
1Boil chicken with salt and pepper, drain and cool, then tear into small pieces.
Add onions, pickles, juice, mayo, and pepper. Mix together well. May have to add extra pickle juice and/or mayo...always taste first before adding more. Chill before serving.
