1/2 CUP SPLENDA
1/2 CUP RICE VINEGAR
SEASONING SALT & PEPPER
MIX WELL IN SHAKER...
ADD 1 TB SESAME OIL & SMART BALANCE
REFRIDGERATE FOR SEASONING & CHILLING PURPOSES

IN A FRY PAN ON STOVE TOAST THE ALMONDS, WHEN ABOUT DONE TOSS IN SESAME SEEDS AND TOAST...SET ASIDE TO COOL

THEN IN SAME FRY PAN, FRY UP WON TON SKINS
AND DRAIN ON PAPER TOWELS...COOL AND CRUSH

IN LARGE SALAD BOWL TOSS THE ROMAINE, GREEN ONION & WATER CHESTNUTS. TOSS IN THE ALMONDS AND SESAME SEEDS AND CHOPPED CHICKEN. POUR DRESSING OVER IT AND TOP W WON TONS SKINS....ONE FINAL TOSS!
