2 bunch
green onions sliced
2 can(s)
water chestnuts drained & chopped

sliced almonds
1/2 c
sesame seeds
1/2 c
regular splenda
1/2 c
rice vinegar
1 Tbsp
sesame oil
1 c
smart balance oil
1 dash(es)
lawrys seasoning salt
coarse ground black pepper to taste

won ton skins
3 pkg
hormel natural roasted chicken strips - chopped

Step-By-Step

1DRESSING:
1/2 CUP SPLENDA
1/2 CUP RICE VINEGAR
SEASONING SALT & PEPPER
MIX WELL IN SHAKER...
ADD 1 TB SESAME OIL & SMART BALANCE
REFRIDGERATE FOR SEASONING & CHILLING PURPOSES
2IN A FRY PAN ON STOVE TOAST THE ALMONDS, WHEN ABOUT DONE TOSS IN SESAME SEEDS AND TOAST...SET ASIDE TO COOL
3THEN IN SAME FRY PAN, FRY UP WON TON SKINS
AND DRAIN ON PAPER TOWELS...COOL AND CRUSH
4IN LARGE SALAD BOWL TOSS THE ROMAINE, GREEN ONION & WATER CHESTNUTS. TOSS IN THE ALMONDS AND SESAME SEEDS AND CHOPPED CHICKEN. POUR DRESSING OVER IT AND TOP W WON TONS SKINS....ONE FINAL TOSS!
