Chicken Salad

My husband and I love to eat this for lunch or even at supper. Something light and easy to fix.

boneless chicken breast
1/2 c
celery chopped
1/2 c
pecans, in pieces
1/2 c
diced onions

apples chopped

hard boiled eggs
2 1/2 c
mayonnaise
2 Tbsp
mustard

Directions Step-By-Step

Boil your boneless chicken breast for about 35 minutes. Let it cool. Then add all the other ingredients to it. Add salt and black pepper to taste. Eat on bread or with cracker if you wish.
