- canned chicken (light and dark meat)
- 8 oz
- chive and onion cream cheese
- 1/4 c
- 1 can(s)
- water chestnuts
- 1 bunch
- greeen onions
1Open and drain canned chicken. Then shred the chicken in a bowl.
2chop green onions and water chestnuts and add then to the bowl.
3Add onion and chive cream cheese and mayonnaise to bowl and blend well.
4Salt and pepper to taste. Put bowl in fridge to chill for an hour.
5Serve on mini croissants and enjoy!
