From my old recipes
1Simmer vinegar, water, lemon juice, sugar dill week, salt and white pepper together 10 to 15 minutes. Cool and toss with beef and onion. Chill.
2Drain, reserving marinade Put greens in bowl. Top with beef and onion. Mix sour cream with reserved marinade. Toss with greens and beef. Serves 6 to 8
