Ingredients

1 1/2 C. Bisquick
1/2 C. cornstarch
1 egg
1 can beer at room temperature

Step-By-Step

1With a fork, mix together Bisquick and cornstarch. Mix beer and egg together. Add dry ingredients and let stand 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Dry fish before dipping into batter.
