INGREDIENTS

For the cheesecake layer:

16 oz. Greek style plain yogurt
•
1 Teaspoon salt
•
1/4 Cup sugar
•
1 Tablespoon milk
•
1 Teaspoon vanilla
•
For the pumpkin layer:
•
1 Cup unsweetened pumpkin puree (do not use pumpkin pie filling)
•
2 Tablespoons sugar
•
1 Tablespoon of the cheesecake layer filling above
•
1/2 Teaspoon cinnamon
•
Pinch of salt
•
Additional:
•
1/2 Cup crushed graham crackers (ginger cookies would also work)
