INGREDIENTS
1/3 cup Baking Soda
1 Tbsp + 1/2 tsp Active Dry Yeast
1 cup + 2 Tbsp Warm water
1 1/2 tsp Sugar
9 Tbsp Melted Butter (Just make sure it's cooled before putting in the dough to avoid killing the Yeast)
3 1/3 cups All-purpose Flour (until it can be handled without sticking to your hands)
1 1/2 tsp Salt
4 cups Water
1 Tbsp Coarse Sea Salt
