"Basic Popovers that DREAMS of Breakfast, lunch, dinner and appetizers being a bit of Sweet & Savory Loads!!..."

INGREDIENTS
1 cup Flour <Wheat, White or Rye>
1/2 teaspoon Fine Salt
1 cup Whole or Non-fat or Skim Milk, warmed.
2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter or Oil <Macadamia Nut, Olive, or Canola, Vegetable> Melted or Warmed Oil
3 Large Eggs
3 teaspoons Vegetable Shortening
1 1/2 cups SWEET INGREDIENTS: POPOVER DELIGHTS
1/4 cup FRESH BERRIES OF YOUR TASTES: blueberrys, raspberrys, strawberrys,boysenberrys or a little of each
1/4 cup FRESH MIXED FRUIT: bananas, peaches, pineapple, kiwi
1/4 cup PepperJack Cheese or your hard cheese flavor of preference.
1/4 cup NUTS: walnuts, pecans, almonds, peanuts <Chopped>
1/2 cup PLAIN Philadelphia Cream Cheese softened/creamed mixed with a few dashes of sugar or Stevia<for a diabetic>.
1 1/2 cups SAVORY INGREDIENTS: POPOVER DELIGHTS
1/2 cup Chicken Breasts <cooked to your preference ie baked, fried, rotissiery, boiled
1/4 teaspoon Salt & Pepper and dashes of any of your preferences of other spices.
1/2 cup Cubed and fried or baked Potatoes
1/2 cup PLAIN Philadelphia Cream Cheese softened/creamed with Onion powder and Garlic powder to taste.
1 1/2 BREAKFAST OF SWEET AND SAVORY POPOVER DELIGHTS
6 Eggs <fried to preference ie sunnyside, over easy - medium - hard, scrambled
1/4 teaspoon Salt & Pepper <Sea Salt recommended but your preferences is good too.>
1/2 cup CHOPPED chuncks of Sausage <Spicy or Not>
1/2 cup CUBED fried , baked , or shredded <if perfer thinner> Potatoes
1/2 cup PLAIN Philadelphia Cream Cheese softened/creamed with Onion powder, Garlic powder salt, and pepper to taste.
3/4 cup SMALL CUBED PepperJack Cheese or other Cheese of preference.
