Many cooks recommend boiling fish as an ideal way to enhance their flavor. Ingredients
- 2 quarts water
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 1 - sheepshead fish, cleaned and cut into fillets
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- - salt and pepper, to taste
How To Make poor man's lobster

Step 1Bring water seasoned with salt to a boil. Drop fillets into boiling water and return to boil. At full boil, allow fish to remain in water 3 to 4 minutes. Mix butter and lemon juice. Remove fish and sprinkle with melted butter mixture.
