Ingredients: Ingredients:; 1 box of your favorite pasta (I used penne); 1 to 2 jar/lg can of your favorite pasta sauce-We use one of the Hunt's multi flavors; 2 to 4 cups of mozzarella shredded cheese; 1 teaspoon of italian seasoning (Penzey's Tuscan Seasoning if you have it); Toppings (Optional):; 6 Large mushrooms, sliced; Pepperoni (We love Turkey Pepperoni); 1 small yellow onion; 1 medium size green pepper; Fresh basil to slice and add to top, just before serving.
