Pierogi Casserole

Name: Pierogi Casserole
Ingredients: 9 lasagna noodles, cooked as per package directions; 4 c mashed potatoes (you can make them fresh or use leftovers – if using leftovers, you will want to warm them up a bit so that they will mix tog more smoothly with other ingredients. If you’re making them fresh, mix in some some sour cream inste; 1/2 c Herb & Garlic Cream Cheese Spread; (if using leftover mashed potatoes, stir in 1/2 c sour cream with cream cheese); 6 green onions, thinly sliced (save a bit of the greens to top the casserole with); 1/4-1/3 c bacon pieces/bits (use pre-pkgd real bacon bits to make things faster and easier); 2 c shredded Cheese – any kind you like
