INGREDIENTS
So how do you make perfect hard boiled eggs that are easy to peel? Try this method:
1. Buy your eggs 5 days to one week in advance and refrigerate.
Fresh eggs are harder to peel. First off, do NOT buy your eggs the day of or the day before. You may not think that makes a difference, but believe me, it does.
Refrigerated eggs do best.
Brown eggs are perfect for Easter. They seem easier to peel than white eggs because they have a thicker shell making it easier to separate from the boiled egg. And the bonus about brown eggs is that they provide a more vibrant color when dying them.
