1 1/2 cups certified gluten free oat flour ((I grind my own from old-fashioned rolled oats))

1/2 teaspoon baking soda
•
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

5 tablespoons virgin coconut oil (melted and cooled)
•
5 tablespoons honey
•
1/2 cup smooth applesauce (at room temperature)
•
2 eggs at room temp ( beaten)

3 ounces chocolate chips or raisins
