This is one of the coolest ideas I'd seen in a llllllong time, so I just had to share.

AND...it works!!!

Ingredients

1 medium
skirt/pant hanger (or a lg. hanger, depending on size of cookbook)

Directions Step-By-Step

Create your own cookbook holder.
Now you won't drop/spill ingerdients all over your recipe while baking/cooking.

Very cool.Dollar store has a book-light that you can clip on it for a buck works wonders you can see better. I think i need bi-focals!!!

And, to think I had a cookbook holder, on my Christmas list. And, it was fairly costly. Guess it is good no one got it for me. So, now I can do it cheaply.
