use dry brown twigs from your tree i have a lot of maple trees by me


1add charcoal 4 or 5 twigs lighter fluid allow it to burn til 1//2 white then put your favorite meats and potatoes on the grill my Mom did this alot when we were kids and that wood smells good it gives your meat a good taste. some people use cedar chips.enjoy!!!!
