| 1 cup chicken stock | |
| 1 hard cooked egg, with shell | |
| 1/3 cup wheat germ | |
| 1 t. brewer’s yeast | |
| 1/2 clove garlic, crushed | |
| 2 t. corn oil |

Directions
Put stock, egg and shell, wheat germ, brewer’s yeast, garlic and oil in a blender or food process or puree. Pour over dog’s food. Makes about 1 1/2 cups elixir. This recipe an be used as long as needed to perk up a dull, dry coat. Just pour it over the dogs food and in no time, your dog’s coat will be restored to a glowing, healthy condition.

I'll look and see what I have. There's a book I just got at the library full of recipes for dogs. Our cat was plagued by them, too, until we got Advantage. Sadly, Smokey's gone now, but he had a good life. As for those flea collars, I tried them, too, but they didn't work. Let me see what I can find.
