A's notes for this recipe:
This is great for tired, sore eyes. Put it in the refrigerator a little bit before use to reduce eye swelling.

Directions

1
Turn fabric pieces inside out and stitch together, make sure to leave a small opening for turning the pillow right side out and adding your seed and flowers.
2
When you have finished stitching the pieces together, turn the pillow right side out.
Using a funnel add your seed and flower mixture.
I found it works best to use a cup with a spout for pouring the mixture into the funnel. You can also use a chop stick or other small item to push bigger buds through the funnel.
3
Once you have added your filling, simply stitch your opening closed and enjoy.
You can put your pillow in the refrigerator for a little bit before applying to your eyes, this helps with eye puffiness.
