I saw this on FB and decided to give it a whirl since I detest the smell of Febreze. This really smells good and works like a charm and I wanted to share it with you.

Ingredients

1/8 c
downy fabric softener*
2 Tbsp
baking soda
hot tap water
27 oz
spray bottle

Directions Step-By-Step

1
Using a funnel, pour Downy* in a 27 oz spray bottle. I use an old Febreze bottle. Add in the baking soda and fill with hot tap water. Screw sprayer top on tightly and shake til mixed.

NOTE: *You can use your favorite liquid fabric softener rather than Downy.

Add 1/2 cup of white vinegar to the mixture...it has a disinfectant property andno everything will not smell like vinegar. The vinegar smell will evaporate as will the offending odor...its great to get rid of pet odor, sweat odor and tobacco odor.
