This works for those female cramps, though you really can use it on any cramping muscle.

drops clary sage essential oil

drops peppermint essential oil

drops cassia essential oil

drops lavender essential oil

drops juniper essential oil

drops roman chamomile essential oil
carrier oil such as grapeseed or safflower

Directions Step-By-Step

Place the essential oils in a 1/2 ounce glass bottle.

Top it off with the carrier oil, cap and shake to combine.

Massage into the stomach or lower back (or other cramping muscle) as needed.
