Ingredients

drops clary sage essential oil

drops peppermint essential oil

drops cassia essential oil

drops lavender essential oil

drops juniper essential oil

drops roman chamomile essential oil
carrier oil such as grapeseed or safflower

Step-By-Step

1Place the essential oils in a 1/2 ounce glass bottle.

2Top it off with the carrier oil, cap and shake to combine.

3Massage into the stomach or lower back (or other cramping muscle) as needed.
