INGREDIENTS
2 cups mixed sprouts or 2 cups moth beans sprouts
3 large potatoes
2 large onions
2 green chilies
1 ½ teaspoon of ginger garlic paste
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 sprig curry leaves
1 tablespoon goda masala  (click here for the recipe)
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 tablespoon Kashmiri red chili powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
2 tablespoon oil
3 tablespoon tamarind juice
Water as required
Salt to taste

¼ cup finely chopped onions
¼ cup sev or farsan
1 lemon
1/3 cup finely chopped coriander leaves
