2 c. golden raisins (sultanas)

2 c. currants

8 cups chopped peeled-and-cored cooking apples

2 c. chopped walnuts

1 lb. brown sugar
•
1 tbs cinnamon
•
2 oranges
•
2 lemons
•
6 c. fresh (sweet) apple cider
•
1 c. brandy (I prefer Courvoisier cognac) plus a little more( I will need to find a non alcholic replacement)
