- diced turkey
- 1 - 16 oz can(s)
- whole tomatoes & juice (cut up in pieces)
- 2 tsp
- garlic salt
- 1 1/2 tsp
- cumin powder
- salt & pepper to taste
- taco shells or 1 pkg corn tortillas
1Pour 1 - 2 tablespoons of oil in a skillet, saute your dice turkey for a minute or two. Add your garlic salt and cumin powder and continue to saute.
2Add your can tomatoes and all the juice at this time, meat should not be overly wet but it can not be too dry. Sprinkle salt and a little pepper to taste.
3Fry your corn tortillas for your taco shells or you may buy your taco shells in a box but they will not be as good as the fried ones. Fill your taco shells with the turkey meat, add shredded lettuce, tomato and shredded cheese and ENJOY!!
