This was a winner at our United Way Cook-Off at work. It can be made with either turkey or ground beef, whichever you prefer. Good both ways. The addition of the Dorothy Lynch salad dressing gives it a very good flavor.
On the day this is going to be served, mix the browned meat with the taco seasoning; add chopped lettuce and cheese, and mix together. When this is ready to be served, crunch up the Doritos over the mixture; drizzle with salad dressing and stir.
The amount of salad dressing is to your preference. I left the bottle next to the salad in the event someone would like to add more.
