I like stir fries and this can be made with turkey or chicken breasts and add other vegetables as well.

Ingredients

2 Tbsp
cornstarch
1 c
chicken stock
1 tsp
sugar
2 Tbsp
soy sauce, low sodium
1 lb
turkey breast
2 Tbsp
canola or vegetable oil divded
1 c
celery. sliced
3/4 c
carrot sliced thin
1 c
sliced red or yellow onion
1 c
white button mushrooms sliced
2 clove
garlic minced
1 can(s)
{8 0unce water chestnuts drained and sliced
1//2 c
slivered almonds or sesame seeds {optional}
1 c
sliced red or yellow pepper
s and p to taste

Step-By-Step

1In a small bowl combine the first ingredients, whisk until well combined..slice the turkey in 1/2 inch slices put the oil in a fry pan and when hot saute the turkey until no longer pink. remove and keep warm.

2In the same skillet fry all the vegies stirring often mix together the stock and cornstarch and add to pan along with the turkey and garlic and cook for 4 minutes until the sauce thickens.add the chestnuts . ,,serve over rice.

3Remove from stove place in serving bowl and sprinkle with the almonds
