Marcia's notes for this recipe:
One day I was thinking about Thanksgiving and how much I was looking forward to the Turkey and Stuffing. It was the middle of summer and I wasn't about to be a whole turkey, so I decided to try a casserole.I bought some turkey legs and a box of stuffing and Voila, its tastes like Thanksgiving. If desired you could also make the stuffing the way you like, be creative, add oysters, chestnuts, sausage, what ever you like in your favorite stuffing.

First of all bake turkey legs or boil until done. If you save the drippings you may have enough for the gravy, although I always use a jar of turkey gravy just in case .
After the turkey is done, take of bones and line the bottom of casserole dish with the turkey. Pour onto the turkey your jar of gravy or your homemade gravy. spread evenly.
Prepare your stuffing according to directions on box or prepare your own homemade stuffing if you have stale or left over bread onions and celery and sage. distribute it evenly on top of the turkey and gravy. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until bubbly and stuffing is golden.

So easy, quick, inexpensive, and everyone LOVED it! I bought a boneless (fully cooked) turkey breast, and used it... This saved me time! Thanks for sharing this recipe.
