After washing the turkey in side and out side, You pull the skin back and you mix the butter and honey together. You then push the honey butter under the skin in as many places that you can.You tie the legs and the wings with butcher string and set the rotisserie to 3 hours and start. As its cooking you keep adding the honey butter basting as you go. The Turkey should be ready in 4 hours but always check. When it cooked let the turkey rest for 10 or 15 minutes, be for cutting.
